On our way back from California we had to hit 'Hash House A Go Go' in Vegas. It's a restaurant known for their twisted farm food. Thus the title... I really did eat meat loaf for breakfast. If you decide to venture there on your own be sure to share a meal because their HUGE!

Aunt Andi and Uncle Curtis... regular ol' 'Haumpson Reunion' buddies. We take this trip to California at the end of every summer and we've decided to call it our family reunion.

One of my besties got married and moved to Huntington with her hubby Sam. So... we decided to pop over for a visit.

We even got to catch a real live volleyball tournament. Darren was a happy husband!

Top Ten Simple Pleasures

After a heafty rain storm last week we had the biggest brightest rainbow out our back window. Enjoying fresh weather under a rainbow after a warm summer rain is on my top ten list of simple pleasures.

Other simple pleasures found on the list (in no particular order) are...

Eating cinnamon bears that have gotten warm and gooey in the sun

Jumping on the trampoline after a sleep out with all your blankets and pillows still heaped on board

Kissing in the rain

A perfectly roasted marshmallow

Getting a hand written letter in the mail

Sleeping under the stars (actually under them... no tent)

Blowing fish kisses on your babies pot belly

Running as fast as you can

Anonymously giving a gift

Swimming at night
