Bear Huggin' @ The Park

Damon has this thing where he loves to hug people... especially little people. It works out great if the little person is #1 Tough... and #2 Has not yet developed one of those personal bubbles.

Luckily his cousin Stara is a big fan of his intense squeezes. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for many of the other little people Damon's attacked (sorry Cooper, Kennedy, Cydnie, and Kiara to name a few).

Bacon

On the menu... bacon cheese burgers on the grill.

I'm a lover of bacon (I know, it's terrible for you but I love a lot of things that are terrible for me). Anyway, we don't make it often because I hate that it stinks up your whole house for at least a week.

So... here's where the brilliance comes in! I decided we'd grill the bacon outside. Well.... in case you were interested in trying this... you may want to refer to the picture below. Once we got the flame to a manageable height and were no longer worried about our house catching fire, we were able to snap a picture. I wish you could have seen the giant flame in all its glory.
