Damon's Quotes Part 2...

Those of you who know me know that I am often found in song.  Well, it looks like I've passed it on to the little man.  I over heard him singing this the other day...

"I can see clearly now the rain is gone.  I can see all POPSICLES in my way."

So I'm in the shower and Damon is watching a cartoon (try not to judge our morning routine).  And suddenly there he is right outside the shower door saying 

"I couldn't find the cream cheese but I found this and it's ok because I brought a spoon and a cup"

and then he proceeded to eat ice cream on the bath mat for the duration of my shower.

Damon: "I dropped all the childs off at Grandma Haub's so we're good to go."  

Mom: "Oh ya?  Where we goin?"

Damon: "I'm going to take you to a date"

Damon's Oh so quotable quotes...

"Peter Piper picked a peck of Dr. Pepper.  If Peter Piper picked a peck of Dr. Pepper, how many Dr. Pepper's did Peter Piper pick?

We have been trying to teach Damon to pray with more sincerity so we told him that he should thank Heavenly Father for things that make him happy.  Here is a tidbit of one of his recent prayers:

"... Thank you for the coupons that come in the mail..."

"Batman wears little kid underwear.  He really does...and they even fit... He's all grown up and they fit!!!"

"Mom, are you thinking what I'm thinking?"

"I don't know Damon, what are you thinking?"

"That I'd like a nice cold glass of Lemonade.  Is that what you were thinking too?"

Davis Found His Tongue

So... Davis found his tongue.  Once he discovered it he wanted to make sure everyone else knew about it too... so it was out on display for all to see.

  

Blaze Game

You'll notice from the two pictures I was able to capture of Damon that he is done just smiling for the camera.  He has entered full spaz mode now.

 I know this pic is blurry but I couldn't help but share.  Davis actually clapped for the football players any time something exciting happened.

Take me out to the ball game...

Self Feeding

I'll be honest... I don't really like the intro of self feeding because of the inherent mess that follows.  But I must say, he is a much happier eater when he's in charge.
